Partners aligned cooperation protocols, the laboratory equipment procurement plan and the industrial partner’s requirements.
The kick-off meeting of the GreenMagCore consortium was held at the Dr. Franjo Tuđman Defense and Security University. Representatives of all three partners took part: project leader Assoc. Prof. Mateja Šnajdar, PhD, with the University’s research and administrative team, Orqa engineers and the team of the Center for Technology Transfer Ltd.
The partners aligned internal cooperation and communication protocols, the laboratory equipment procurement plan and the schedule of the first research phases. Orqa presented the operating requirements and target material performance that will guide the selection of starting powders and additives.
A plan for communication and visibility activities was also agreed, including the project website and the kick-off conference.
