The Dr. Franjo Tuđman Defense and Security University is committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with the Croatian Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies (Official Gazette 17/19), which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102. This accessibility statement applies to the website www.greenmagcore.hr and follows the model statement in Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the Accessibility Act and WCAG 2.1 level AA (standard EN 301 549) due to the non-compliances listed below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons:

a) Non-compliance with the Accessibility Act

Some downloadable documents (PDF) produced by third parties or created before the website was published may lack proper structure and alternative descriptions; new documents are published in accessible formats.
Embedded third-party content (map, videos on external platforms) may not fully meet accessibility requirements; basic information (address, description) is available as text.

b) Disproportionate burden

No content is currently subject to the disproportionate-burden exemption.

c) Content outside the scope of the Act

Archived content that is not updated and is not needed for active administrative processes.

Measures to ensure accessibility

text and background meet a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 : 1 (3 : 1 for large headings),
all content is fully keyboard operable, with visible focus states and a “Skip to content” link,
all informative images have alternative text; decorative images are marked as such,
clear heading hierarchy, responsive layout and text resizing up to 200 % without loss of content,
animations are disabled when the system “reduced motion” setting is on (prefers-reduced-motion),
forms have labelled fields, error messages and sufficiently large click targets.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 30 September 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment carried out by the website developer together with the client, using automated checking tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing.
